Let’s say we all sat in a big circle and started identifying the wide range of nasty stuff that has invaded our world in the last couple generations.
It’s not a fun exercise. But take a moment to think about the escalating hate and violence. Heartache and brokenness. Spiritual confusion. Anger, sexual promiscuity, racism, domestic violence, political dysfunction, street crime, substance abuse, and more.
I submit that if dads are doing the job we are called to do, those problems are drastically reduced. In some cases, eliminated completely.
Yes, we live in a fallen world. Satan has a foothold. But empowering fathers is one of our most effective weapons to protect our families, neighborhoods, and culture.
